3 Tips To Help You Find The Bridge To Abundance


Do you ever feel like there's a giant gap separating you from where you are and where you want to be in life?

I used to feel like that. In fact, it often felt like there was this huge body of water separating me from the abundance and freedom that I yearned for - and all I needed was a way to get across.

But, every time I tried to swim or paddle my way there, I'd get frustrated or I'd exhaust all of my energy, and wind up back at square one. I felt like I was missing something, but I couldn't figure out what it was.

After seeing 'The Secret' in 2006 and learning about the Law of Attraction, everything started to come together. What I finally came to understand was this: Success is largely determined by the brain's programming, and for adults, most of our habits & beliefs are so deeply rooted, that without the right tools it can be difficult to make LASTING, positive change in our lives.

Luckily, there are powerful techniques and strategies that allow us to tap into the subconscious mind to replace negative thought patterns...with healthy habits, positive thoughts and uplifting beliefs, which support our goals in the here and now.

With this new-found knowledge, I was empowered to quickly and easily travel across into a brand new, abundant life. And now I want to help you find that bridge, too!

Here are 3 tips that will help you cross into a happier, more abundant life:

Tip #1: Meditation

As I've said before, meditation has so many benefits on health and well-being and is a great way to find clarity in your thoughts, and to begin to build small bridges between conscious and subconscious mind.

In fact, meditation is one of my all-time favorite success rituals that I've implemented into my own life. It allows me to get in touch with my inner self and stay connected to source energy.

Tip #2: Hypnosis

Hypnosis is a fantastic way to cross the gap between your subconscious and conscious mind to start re-wiring your system. As meditation helps you build walking bridges to your subconscious mind, combining it with Hypnosis can help you build vast bridges (as big as the Sydney Harbour Bridge!) to help you reach your most audacious goals and dreams.And bridging Sydney Harbour was no small feat! It took almost 10 years to complete and is still recognized as the tallest steel arch bridge in the world (Yes, I'm a proud Aussie :) )!

Tip #3: Creative Visualization

Finally, I want to talk about visualization! Visualization is so powerful in goal achievement because it builds up feelings and memories of how to be successful.
