How To Live In Exceptional Abundance

 

Abundance is something that's all around us - it's a state of mind and a way of being. However,  with the challenges and obstacles the world often throws at us, it can be difficult to maintain an abundance mindset. In fact, many times when we’re consciously trying to create abundance in our life, we’re actually subconsciously holding onto limiting beliefs and behaviors stemming from scarcity, fear and lack.

Personally, I remember the feeling of having ‘just enough’ when I first started my career years ago. At this time, I was living paycheck to paycheck, stressing about bills and skipping out on fun trips or dinners with my friends. I was working 4 jobs, but I just couldn’t seem to get ahead.

It wasn’t until I identified & changed my subconscious beliefs and behaviors around money, that I was finally able to reach the level of financial freedom I desired.

#1 - Creating Daily Habits for Success & Abundance

What you do on a daily basis will impact the level of success you are able to achieve in the long run. That’s why carving out even 10-30 minutes each day to focus on creating abundance in your life is so important. Set your alarm a little bit earlier to create a positive, inspiring environment for you to focus on your goals. Invest in a journal to write out your goals, and the steps you need to take to accomplish them. #2 - Adopting an Attitude of Gratitude

My second tip for living in exceptional abundance is to adopt an attitude of gratitude! Begin by taking just a few moments when you first wake up and before you go to bed to think of 3 things you’re grateful for. They can be big or small!

Eventually, try to incorporate this mantra and feeling throughout your day. Whenever you’re feeling stressed, frustrated or unmotivated, return your attention to gratitude. When you’re grateful for the things in your life, you’re actively attracting more abundance!
 

#3 Getting to the Root of Your Limiting Beliefs

The final tip for creating more abundance in your life is also the most important one, which is  identifying & removing your limiting beliefs around wealth & abundance.

This step is absolutely crucial to your success because if you’re not aware of these potentially detrimental beliefs you’re holding onto around money - you could be sabotaging your chances for success, without even knowing it.
