Enlightening Wisdom For An Abundant, Joyful & Love-Filled Life

6 Daily Positive Thoughts That Vaporize Negativity & Amplify Abundance

Want to accomplish something great and make your life matter? Then it’s time to take action.

But every action - and achievement that follows - starts with a thought, idea, opinion or vision.

This is why thoughts are so powerful.

And having a set of daily positive thoughts is essential to erasing the self-destructive patterns and negative behaviors blocking you from moving upwards.

After coaching over 2.1 million people worldwide, I have found the following 6 daily positive thoughts to be exceptionally powerful in reprogramming your brain for success:

1. Small or big, I take one step towards my goals today.

Even if you can’t do everything today, there’s always something you can do that will bring you closer to your goals.

Remember, taking just a small step is far better than standing in place and going nowhere.

2. I have the courage to face my fears.

Fear makes us human, and even the most successful people have fears.

But unlike most people, successful people are so committed to their goals that they’re happy to face their fears and explore beyond their comfort zone.

The easiest way to shift into this mindset is to do something that makes you a little uncomfortable each day, until your mind starts being comfortable with the uncomfortable.

3. I am right where I need to be. I embrace the challenges & opportunities facing me right now. I choose to learn & grow!

Sadness, anger, disappointment and grief are inescapable realities of life.

But when you consciously focus on gratitude, it’s possible to not only deal with these challenges more gracefully, but to also find wisdom, lessons and even opportunities in them.

4. I am brave enough to embrace my true power. I have full control over my life.

Your reality is created by your thoughts, emotions and actions in every moment. And the sooner you embrace this concept, the easier it gets to move from a state of disempowerment to conscious empowerment.

Every time you choose to learn from a painful or challenging situation…

Every time you choose positive and uplifting thoughts over the negative chatter that brings you down…

Every time you choose to take responsibility for your own happiness…

You’re tapping into your own authentic power.

5. I release my desire to be “perfect”. I am already good enough to be loved & accepted. I know I am worthy just as I am!

Everyone wants to be a better parent, friend, lover, professional and so on… yet focusing too intensely on perfection could damage you more than help you.

Why? Because humans are imperfect by nature, and there is beauty in imperfection!

Instead of focusing on perfection, work hard towards your dreams, strive for excellence, and trust that you’ve done your very best to achieve them.

6. I don’t need the approval of others because I approve of myself. I know that my approval is the only kind that matters.

Apart from the elusive quest for perfection, expecting everyone to like you is another futile pursuit.

The key to stop chasing external approval is to discover and embrace your deepest personal truths. This makes you immune to people’s unsolicited judgments and opinions, and frees you to live to your highest potential.
