Enlightening Wisdom For An Abundant, Joyful & Love-Filled Life

are you too far gone

Do You Feel Too Far Gone To Turn Your Life Around?

It's one of the most toxic lies in the world...

And I hear it almost daily from people who approach me and my team for help.

I'm talking about the belief that it's somehow "too late" to make a positive change in your life.

Beliefs like:

"I've been unemployed for so long, I don't even deserve to dream about financial freedom."

"What's the point even trying that fitness or nutrition plan, I'm too out of shape."

"I should just accept I'll never find the love of my life, I've been alone for years."

"I'm too old to wear that, I should start dressing my age."

A tragic number of us believe this illusion that we're too far gone - and that we should settle for less because that's all we deserve and are capable of.

It's an illusion perpetuated by society's norms about what we can and can't do at different ages and stages of life.

And, by the warped perception that success happens constantly for successful people, and it’s only the unsuccessful types who'll struggle or experience dips and downturns.

But today, I invite you to defy all these beliefs and perceptions that don’t serve you.

Ditch the lie!

And instead, remind yourself that you’re still breathing.

That you still have so much more to give, receive, and become.

And most importantly, that you are still you: a physical manifestation of infinite creation power.

So whatever you’ve been through, and however many candles were on your last birthday cake, please remember:

It's never too late for you!

Here are some reflections that I hope will reconnect with this truth:

The present is all that’s real

“You must live in the present, launch yourself on every wave, find your eternity in each moment. Fools stand on their island of opportunities and look toward another island. There is no other land; there is no other life but this.”
- Henry David Thoreau

If you want to make a positive change today, it's crucial you come to terms with your past - without letting it control you, or fill you with fear.

The past can't touch you anymore unless you allow it to (and if you do, make sure it’s in a way that empowers you rather than drags you down).

And, it's of course also important to anticipate and plan for your future - without wasting too much time worrying about what could go wrong, or how much time you have left.

The future is never guaranteed, but the present is. So make full use of it right now.

Past failure doesn’t equal future failure, oh no!

"The phoenix must burn to emerge."
- Janet Fitch

Failure is life’s best teacher. Nobody gives better life advice than the version of you who tried and failed at something you want to achieve.

Also, remember that every failure brings you closer to success.

So if you recently failed at fulfilling one of your deepest desires - whether it’s that dream relationship, that holistic health, that financial abundance, or simply honoring your unique purpose - then congratulations: you're now closer to it than ever.

Be thankful for your failures!

People before you have done it and will keep on doing it

“People are capable, at any time in their lives, of doing what they dream of.”
- Paulo Coelho

To heck with age or tough circumstances: countless people just like you, in seemingly impossible situations, are turning their lives around every day.

So if you need a reminder of your awesome reality-bending powers, think of all those people who only made their first million, or met the love of their life, or just finally got round to learning the guitar well into their 40s, 50s, 60s, 70s, and beyond.

(Seriously, just Google 'people who succeeded late in life' for an instant treasure trove of inspiration.)

Many of these people weren't better, or smarter, or luckier than you: they just chose to believe it's never too late.

The Law of Attraction favors good vibrations, not excuses

“It’s unlimited what the universe can bring, when you understand the great secret that thoughts become things.”
- Anonymous

The Law of Attraction isn't keeping tabs on your age, or how long you've been stuck in a rut.

What it cares about is the quality of your thoughts. The frequency of your vibrations. The degree of belief you have in yourself and your dreams.

Believing you're too far gone rids you of all your creation power.

But elevate yourself to a state of perpetual gratitude, allowing, self-love, and positivity: and you’ll find the Law rewarding you with an infinite stream of opportunities and synchronicities.
