Did you know the first few minutes of your day can massively impact the rest of your day? It’s true! That’s why I always start my day with gratitude to make sure my mindset is in an optimal place to take on whatever the day throws at me. Implementing this small task into my morning routine makes me want to jump out of bed each morning and helps me feel excited for the day ahead.
And let me tell you, I wasn’t always a morning person! In fact, I used to hit the snooze button at least 3 times before getting out of bed. But once I realized the importance of my mindset in the morning, I realized I had to put habits in place that would help me wake up with energy, focus and joy.
So instead of rolling out of bed groggy or cranky - and letting those negative emotions roll into the rest of my day - I make sure to inject happiness and positivity into the beginning of my day. My morning routine, and most importantly, my gratitude practice, transformed not only my morning attitude, but my whole life! From my business, my relationships with others and myself, and my overall happiness.
