With a new year upon us… I think it’s safe to assume you want to make a change in your life this 2023, right?
I know that change can be scary and making commitments like “resolutions” every year can feel overwhelming.
This is why today, I want to share with you 5 of my favorite new year manifesting rituals that I practice every new year to embrace what’s to come and create real and long-lasting change.
These new year rituals help me to create and give me the inspiration and energy I need to manifest my desires. I hope they do the same for you!
1. Turn The Page And Release The Old Year!
On the first of January, make a resolution to release anything that’s not serving your highest good and start with a clean slate. Take what you’ve learned, forgive yourself for any mistakes made in 2022, and set off with positive energy on this journey into 2023!
2. Set Intention, Not Resolutions
This New Year, focus on setting intentions rather than resolutions. Resolutions imply something is lacking and in need of repair, whereas an intention gives you the power to create a life that will bring satisfaction and joy! Take a few moments each day and focus on your desires - this helps reset neural pathways which leads to long-term transformation.
Discover what works best for you: it might be as simple as experiencing joy in everything you do… or I intend to serve as many people as I can through my work. Choose something that resonates closely within yourself so that daily repetition becomes habitual yet exciting at the same time.
3. Slow Down!
Slow down and savor the moments! Taking a moment to appreciate simple pleasures like cooking, cleaning, or reading can be so rewarding. And don't forget slow meals - when you take time for nourishment instead of rushing through your food, it's an opportunity to enjoy every bite more mindfully!
4. Spend Quality Time With Yourself
When was the last time you took some moments to simply be with yourself? To appreciate, learn, and take responsibility for creating a life that brings joy - not just externally but at its core? Carve out some quality "me-time" this week or every day to reflect on your achievements, check in with your inner self and express gratitude for what matters most. From our struggles come lessons that can help guide us toward bigger successes!
5. Reinvent Yourself Every Day!
