The fact is that we often receive intuitive "nudges" on a daily basis in the form of feelings of inner knowing, body sensations, dreams and so on - but we often don't recognize these messages for what they really are.

Here are 3 tips that will help you:
Most people have overactive minds that cause them to listen to their noisy mental chatter instead of their intuition.
To help quiet your mind so that you can more easily tap into your own innate inner wisdom, practice meditating even just for 10 or 15 minutes per day. You'll be surprised how quickly you're able to hear that guiding voice within.
2. Pay attention to your surroundings
As you go about your day, keep an eye out for messages from the Universe. Things like billboards, newspaper headlines and radio station song lyrics can sometimes contain information that you may find helpful in dealing with a particular issue that you're facing.
3. Listen to your body
Have you ever had a feeling of heaviness about a particular decision or person that put you on edge? Or a tingling joyful feeling that you should take a particular action that later paid off in spades?
In addition to meditating and noticing what's around you, start tuning in to the physical sensations you feel. Your body is one of the most powerful tools your intuition has in communicating with you!
