Enlightening Wisdom For An Abundant, Joyful & Love-Filled Life

Don't Miss This Arianna Huffington Tip [Plus A LIVE Training With Bob Proctor]

This past weekend, I attended a women's conference where I was lucky enough to hear one of my idols, Arianna Huffington, speak for the second time.

Her speech was a really powerful lesson for me so I couldn't wait to share it with you, too!

Arianna talked about how too many people measure success on how much money they make and how much power they have, BUT in the process, they forget to take care of themselves.

She shared that the secret to attaining real happiness is to get back to the basics - by eating well, getting enough sleep and really listening to what your body and mind are asking for.

She also recommended reducing time with mobile phones, computers and other forms of technology, while at home.

Her speech was a great reminder that true happiness starts from the inside...

And that all the money and success in the world won't satisfy you, if you neglect your basic needs.

So if you've been struggling to find happiness in your everyday life, try getting back to the simple task of loving yourself and doing more of what makes YOU feel good :)
