Many people in the community have asked me "Nat, can you manifest something bad for yourself?"
This is such a common question that I wanted to take this time to share my answer with all of you here. Keep reading to uncover the answer!
Most people associate manifestation with the Law of Attraction, which states that whatever you think you will attract.
This means that by thinking about something specific and focusing on it, it will eventually become a reality in your life.
But does this theory apply to “bad” thoughts as well? Can thinking about bad things bring them into your life?
The answer is yes… and no.
On one hand, if you focus on negative thoughts or situations too much, they are more likely to occur in your life because you are giving them power and energy.
On the other hand, if you focus on positive things instead, they are more likely to happen because you are intentionally putting positive energy out into the world.
The key to manifesting something good – or avoiding manifesting something bad – is the intention of your thought process.
It’s also important to remember that just because something happened as a result of our manifestation doesn’t mean it was a “bad” thing.
Oftentimes, what appears to be “bad” experiences can turn out to be blessings in disguise.
For example, my friend Anita Moorjani was able to turn a near-death experience into something positive as she wrote a book about it and now she’s been able to help others rise above similar struggles and challenges in life.
It can be difficult to see that the universe often has different plans for us, yet we always must trust the process.
It is also important to acknowledge that some things simply cannot be manifested through conscious effort. Things like natural disasters or tragedies that occur outside of our control, or something bad for other people.
In these cases, all we can do is keep our thoughts focused on hope and positivity while knowing that there are things beyond our control or comprehension.
What matters most is staying mindful of your inner workings & thought processes and ensuring that they remain grounded in positivity and love rather than fear-based beliefs or worries about what could go wrong in the future.
Another thing we want to avoid is not manifesting anything at all and simply going through the motions of life.

We want to be intentional.
You want to think about what your life wants to look like and then actually take action toward that.
