In a recent study released by the Society For Human Resource Management, just 29% of employees surveyed in the 31-to-61 age group reported feeling “very satisfied†with their job. The rest reported feeling either “somewhat satisfied†or "not satisfied at all.â€
Ledwell believes that more and more people are waking up and realizing that they don’t have to settle for a career that doesn’t fulfill them, and that they can find ways to get paid to do what they love.

According to a new article released on Oprah Winfrey’s official website, there are several steps to identifying your passion and turning it into a successful moneymaking business. In the article, artist Sandra Magsamen suggests “determining the passion, creating a mission statement, writing a step-by-step action plan to complete the mission statement and finally, taking action towards that goal.â€
According to Ledwell, once you’ve identified your passion and created your mission statement and a step-by-step action plan, visualizing yourself achieving that goal each day is also an important piece of the equation.
