In the short interview, Tepedino shares that she first became interested in natural health and nutrition after dealing with eating disorders and low self-esteem in her own life.
Tepedino chose to use holistic healing techniques to overcome these challenges. Inspired by her success, she now dedicates her life to showing others how to shift their mindsets to achieve optimal mental and physical health.
