In the short 7-minute episode, host Natalie Ledwell discusses her research into the lifestyle habits of "centenarians" - people who live to 100 years old and older. Ledwell became intrigued with the subject after reading about Louise Donner, a Denver woman who recently turned 100.

According to the Denver Post, Donner is one of an estimated 97,000 "centenarians" - or 100 year olds - living in the United States. Donner and her late husband Carl, who lived to be 97, have three children and more than 20 grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Described in the Denver Post as "a bundle of feistiness," Donner exhibits several of the mindset habits necessary for long life, according to Ledwell.

"Most centenarians are in surprisingly good mental and physical condition," said Ledwell. "In fact, they are healthier and feel happier than many who are in their 50's and 60's."

Ledwell shared six "mindset" habits that many centenarians appear to exhibit that helps them maintain excellent mental and physical health well into their 80's, 90's and beyond. Among them, Ledwell claims that centenarians generally don't complain about ill health, preferring instead to focus on what's positive about their physical well being. They are also interested in continuously learning new things, which contributes to their mental sharpness, and are glass-half-full positive thinkers.

Ledwell claims that centenarians are also extremely accepting of circumstances beyond their control. "The lesson is don't sweat the small stuff," said Ledwell. "Let go of the things you cannot change, and focus on pursuing what you can change or what makes you happy."

Over 900,000 people worldwide have already received Ledwell's free pre-made Mind Movies, which are dynamic, moving video vision boards that help viewers visualize and achieve their goals faster and easier than they ever thought possible.
