Set yourself realistic goals where you can measure your success… and don’t beat yourself up if it’s not perfect, just keep moving forward.
 

Tip 9 - Beware of negative self-talk

Don’t contaminate yourself with negative thoughts and self-criticism. Remember that you’ll only achieve what your mind can conceive. Instead, acknowledge how far you’ve come, celebrate every time you cross off a task from your list and stay positive.
 

Tip 10 - Get the proper tools

Make sure to get all the tools and resources you need to help you reach your goals by minimizing your time investment and maximizing your productivity.
