10 Fun Winter Activities That Will Make You Wish Summer Never Comes

What does winter and the holiday season mean to you?

For some it’s a time for family, reunions, and cuddles by the cozy fireplace.

For others, the cold weather is associated with a blizzard of stress, to-do lists, and the dreaded winter blues.

According to Mental Health America, Seasonal Affective Disorder (or SAD) affects half a million people every winter - while milder forms of depression or stress may affect even more.

The good news is, there are many ways you can add warmth to your winter days and nights, and turn winter into a time for reflection, rejuvenation, and wellness (while you save money too). For instance:

1. Pamper yourself

You’ve got a lot of extra time indoors, so why not indulge in a new beauty routine, or take a long hot bath every evening?

2. Revive your energy

The cold weather definitely make it harder to get out and stay active. The truth is, a lot of people exercise less and eat more in the winter, which leads to weight gain. Abolish this trend by practicing yoga or taking a quick walk, which gives you the endorphins you need to beat those blues.

3. Nourish your body

Try cooking up a new tummy-warming recipe. Here are some ideas you can start with.

4. Nourish your mind

Since you’re indoors, why not pick up a book? I just started reading The Secret again - and if you know me, I won’t be putting it down anytime soon!

5. Nourish your soul

Winter is a great time to visit your family, reconnect with friends, and rekindle the flames of your most important relationships.

6. Reconnect with your goals and dreams

Make a Mind Movie or vision board, and start envisioning what you want to manifest in the coming year. Looking to a brighter future is a great way to cheer yourself up.

7. Contemplate the sunrise and sunset

The beauty of nature does a remarkable job at calming and grounding you. Bonus points if you enjoy it with a steaming cup of your favorite tea ;-)

8. Start a gratitude journal

Don’t leave all your gratefuls for Thanksgiving each year. Expressing gratitude should be a daily practice, and by doing this you’ll be vibrating at a much higher frequency.

9. Organize your closet

Why wait for spring to toss anything out that you don’t need? Make room for new energy by donating your old clothes while contributing to a good cause.

10. Recharge

Catching up on sleep during winter can help you recharge your batteries and reset your internal clock.

And remember, even though winter is the coldest season, it can be a wonderful opportunity for self-reflection, so why not embrace this season as it helps you prepare for the New Year?

In fact, one of the best ways to do this is by becoming more aware of the limiting beliefs blocking your success, wealth and abundance, that may be keeping you in a place of lack.

This is why I’ve created the Infinite Wealth Blueprint: a scientific step-by-step process for reprogramming your mind to attract money and abundant opportunities on autopilot.

If you’re ready to tune your beliefs, habits, thoughts and actions to the frequency of wealth, then simply check this out right now!
