8 Law of Attraction FAQs (That Will FINALLY Get The LOA On Your Side)

The Law of Attraction works - you can bet your money on that.

But mastering it, and sometimes even just recognizing the signs that it's working, can be confusing and frustrating.

A lot of this boils down to our programming, and all of the small misunderstandings we have about the LOA that come together to block our success with it.

The solution is simple: Learn the truth about how the LOA really works, and align your manifesting efforts with that truth.

Here are 8 frequently asked questions (and answers) to help you finally start getting what you want with the Law of Attraction:

 

Q1. Is it possible to use the LOA to make another person love you?

Even though the Law of Attraction is a powerful law, and it may be tempting to use it for this purpose, it won’t work against a person’s will.

If you feel like you have to manipulate the powers of the Universe for someone to see all your magnificence, then you’re probably going after the wrong person.

I encourage you to take a step back and reassess what you really want and deserve. Why would you want someone who doesn’t want you?

The universe simply can’t add more love to your life when you’re focused on the love you don’t have.

The act of “searching” evokes a feeling of desperation that may block the natural flow of love.

So rather than “looking” for love or desiring for someone to fall in love with you, consider focusing on yourself, and ALL the things you’re looking for in your perfect partner as opposed to trying to get your ex back or trying to get someone to fall in love with you.

Remember that real love should never feel forced :)

 

Q2. Even though I meditate and visualize consistently, I’m struggling at pulling myself out of negativity and raising my vibration. Is there anything I can do?

Yes! What you are feeling is actually very normal, and there is a scientific explanation for this. Each thought we have has an emotion connected to it.

Each emotion has a specific chemical makeup that then filters through to our cells. When we repeatedly think or say a negative thought, our cells become used to and addicted to that chemical makeup.

When you start to think differently, your body then becomes unhappy, and you feel tired and uncomfortable because your cells are craving the negative thoughts. So in the beginning it will feel tough - but through repetition, you can have your cells craving the positive chemical makeup in no time.

 

Q3. What is the difference between intentions and goals?

Within the area of life that you are working on, your goal describes the big picture of what you want this area to look like and intention is the WHY you want to achieve this.

An intention is your energetic starting point that will motivate you to achieve your goal.

For example, let’s say your goal is to become a certified as a Reiki Healer. Then your intention each day might look like: “I embrace my strengths and share it with others.” Or, “I help as many people as I can.”

Setting an intention that’s aligned with your goal is extremely important and setting them will help you decide exactly what part of your life you want to focus on, allowing the LOA to operate at maximum efficiency for you.

 

Q4. I do everything - I read, I meditate, I listen to subliminal audios, yet I'm still struggling with the LOA. What should I do?

It sounds like you’re doing the right thing by getting all the tools and resources you need to become more abundant, however you still need to be proactive and take action.

One way to open your flow of abundance is to make sure to practice gratitude everyday, do something that brings you joy, be of service to others, and take action on opportunities.

In order to master the Law of Attraction, you need to know what you want, visualize and truly feel already having it, and take action in that direction.

 

Q5. I’m having a difficult time visualizing belief. Is there anything I can do to make this easier?

Yes! Create a goal for how you’d like to FEEL about your life.

For instance, if you’d like to feel more passion, fun and excitement in your life, set this as your goal, and then each day, ask the Universe to bring opportunities to allow this into your experience.

Soon, you’ll start becoming aware of activities and events that will allow you to experience more of this feeling that you’d like to create for yourself.

If you like, you can then create clear goals around spending more time doing or getting better at these activities.

For example: You want to have more fun & adventure in your life, and you ask for this, and soon a friend “randomly” asks you to go surfing. Then, you try it for the first time, and it turns out that you love it, so you subsequently create a goal around becoming a better surfer, etc.

Your desire for the feeling can lead to you creating the goal, it doesn’t always have to be the other way around.

 

Q6. How much of your LOA work should you discuss with friends and family, when your manifestations are still vibrational and not yet physical?

The main thing to remember when manifesting with the Law of Attraction is to focus on your visualizations and put them out to the Universe. That said, you don’t necessarily need to spend a lot of time talking about what you want to happen with your family and friends.

It’s not that you can’t bring it up in conversation, but it will resonate much more if you only do so once you start manifesting more positive things in your reality.

Soon your friends and family will take notice and might even start asking you about it, which may make it easier to discuss.

But either way, be consistent with your Law of Attraction goals every day, and try to reach that sweet spot inside your visualizations where you can really FEEL your ideal life as your reality right now.

 

Q7. How can you be prepared for the future in case something bad happens, without falling into a negative mindset?

Please remember that the most important Law of Attraction mantra is “like attracts like”. And so if you’re expecting the worst outcome, guess what you’re going to get?

Being cautious is a fear-based emotion that can harm you more than serve you.

So rather than being fearful, take action by getting yourself organized, doing research, saving, or studying.

And rather than expecting a negative outcome, always do your best.

If things don't go as planned, then remember you did everything in your power to get ahead, you’ll have learned from that experience, and you’ll have no regrets.

 

Q8. How can I tell the LOA is working?

A lot of Law of Attraction teachers will quote from quantum physics, but I like to explain it this way:

When you utilize the Law of Attraction by taking a positive and empowering mindset, 3 amazing things happen:

1. You recognize more opportunities and take advantage of them.

2. People treat you better and offer you opportunities that weren't available before.

3. The Universe pitches in to bring you even closer to your goals. Expect unexpected checks in the mail and other wonderful "coincidences" falling into your lap almost magically.

In my experience, the strongest signs that the Law of Attraction is working will usually come from within you.
