We have discovered an issue involving passwords containing spaces, or too few characters that has affected the SSA member area of our blog. We have repaired this issue, but lost data of about 50-80 members in two different windows of purchasing times. You may have received an email from us about how to append your short password or replace the space with a dash if you used a space in your created password. If you have not received either of these instructional emails and are still having problems logging in then you are one of the unfortunate small percentage we lost. We are in the process of comparing databases to identify this group, but the process will take some time. In the meantime if you email support@mindmovies.com we can create a new user/password for you.
